Holistic construction and design based on the knowledge that everything is connected. I combine various design methods, the latest in construction science findings and 1000-year old natural teachings together:

  • FENG SHUI

Feng Shui originated in China and is a thousand-year-old science that deals with the influences of nature and the environment on man and his behaviour. The goal of Feng Shui is a harmonisation of man with his environment, which is to be achieved through the specific design of residential and living spaces. The principles of Feng Shui can be taken into account in the design of rooms, architecture and landscape. Interior design is carried out according to different rules, intended to ensure that the Qi (life energy / breath) can flow freely.

  • GEOMANCY

Geo” = earth, “mancy” = perception; “geomancy” = the emotional perception, analysis and harmonisation of the quality of a place. This is done in relation to harmful interference fields such as water veins, earth dislocations, and approximately 350 other criteria which are tested individually.

  • ENERGY HARMONISATION

Life energy (Qi) passes through optimally-proportioned, blockage-free building openings (doors and windows, foyer) into the building and circulates through the rooms. This has an effect on one’s own vitality, for example, as well as on communication with each other. The quality of the air in the room, the oxygen content, humidity and temperature influence the vitality of the residents.

  • SITE-BUILDING RELATIONSHIP

The overall composition of room, building and grounds influence our quality of life and performance. The orientation of the site and building entrances and the relationship of the site and the building to each other plays an important role in this.

  • ROOM-BUILDING ORIENTATION

The individual rooms in a building also behave in a similar way as the interaction between site and building. The location, orientation, flow of energy and function of a space affect the room quality and accordingly the working and/or living spaces positioned within it.

  • FORM-PSYCHOLOGICAL DESIGN

Colour and form combinations can have an inhibiting or stimulating effect on the psyche of a person. Accordingly, the desired environment can be designed. Symbols, forms, layouts and room proportions have an influence on the subconscious mind. These are directly linked to perception, well-being and health.

  • ERGONOMIC DESIGN / USABILITY

The arrangement of doors, windows and furniture influences the flow of energy in the building and thus significantly affects workflows. A sensitive functional interplay of work-paths as well as creative and health-promoting aspects of furniture and interior design creates a balanced workflow.

  • TARGETED MATERIAL AND FURNITURE PLACEMENT

The sensitive, intentional arrangement of furniture, plants and design aspects in the house and environment creates a balanced living space. Targeted placement can influence room quality and thus the living quality is increased.

  • ROUTES / VISUAL AND PATHWAY AXES

Architectural and artistic means such as colour, furniture placement, floor design and lighting design but also visual axes contribute to pathways being perceived intuitively and thus leading, for example, to a targeted anchor point on a site or premises.

  • BIOLOGICAL ENGINEERING DESIGN

The use of natural building materials and interiors integrates people, animals and the environment in natural, healthy construction.

  • PSYCHODYNAMIC RADIÄSTHESIE®

Our high-tech environment with mobile phone masts, WLAN, cordless telephones, etc., produces electro-smog that can endanger our working and living health. Targeted structural measures eliminate or reduce these interference fields. A psychological interaction between man and the environment can be diagnosed and treated accordingly by modern measurement technology (H3 antenna, electro-smog measuring devices, etc.).

  • SUSTAINABLE BUILDING

The consideration of the lifecycles of building materials and the resource-efficient use of raw materials (in compliance with the DGNB standard / Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen – DGNB e.V.) with a view to future generations contributes to the strengthening of positive effects and the minimising of negative ones for society and nature.
